The CU Buffs came in full force to start their season with a bang against TCU! Deion Sanders is a wonderful coach – one who knows how to rally behind his players and get the best out of them. There’s something magnetic about Coach Prime’s game plan and strategies. His experienced insights and perspectives deliver results in the field. In another close encounter with No. 17 TCU’s outing, Deion’s Colorado gave another domineering performance.

Their win over a ranked team came four years after Deion took over as Colorado’s HC. Pundits and analysts are lauding Colorado’s major upset over TCU.  Saturday’s game proved to be a blockbuster and had all the elements of despair and jubilation.

Buffs cause an upset in a closely fought game against TCU 

With Colorado management taking stringent measures with a solitary win last year. The management realized its loopholes fired its staff and roped in Deion Sanders. Coach Prime’s effect instantly took over Buffs and propelled the players to perform exceptionally well. There are massive player shakeups and recruits that Sanders roped in for bringing in a huge turnover.

Colorado University was struggling last year. The change of batons in HC’s role has reaped results for the side. Coach Prime’s son was the architect of the victory. Sheduer Sanders, the team’s QB created a school record by covering 510 yards and four touchdowns. Freshman, Dylan Edwards too chipped in and scored four times.

The defense was as breathtaking as the team’s offense. Travis Hunter was man-possessed and accounted for a touchdown-saving tackle as well as an interception. The CU safety was taken care of by Trevor Woods never allowed the opposition to relax. He put the last straw in the victory as he made an interception in the end zone. However, the match continued to deliver. Colorado’s 45-42 lead was led by an 82-yard scoring drive with Sanders completing a 46-yard touchdown throw. Coach was on cloud nine with the victory and his words resonated the same.

Deion Sanders reinstates Coloardo’s faith

Sanders has proved he was all worth the hype. Coach Prime let the actions speak for themselves as he received compliments from NBA All-Stars. Sanders copped loads of criticism for his explosive presentations and media interactions. However, the HC let his actions do the talking. Colorado’s flipped the script with Sanders bringing in nearly 70 new scholarship players on the roster.

Deion was appreciative of the team’s efforts and expressed his gratitude. “Thank you, Jesus. I’m so thankful right now.”  Prime Time didn’t mince any words when he gave his assessment of the opposition. “They surrendered some big plays throughout the game, and all we kept teaching was, “One stop. One stop,”. He also gave a warning to other teams and made them take note of Buffs’ prowess. “We told you we were coming. You thought we was joking. And guess what? We keep receipts.” 

CU Buffs look ready to topple the opposition this season. They have the full backing of their HC Sanders support behind them. This would be a defining season for the side and could see several players grabbing record deals with NFL drafts.
