American tennis player Venus Williams is one of the greats of the game. There are very few to no players who have managed to earn the same level of success as she has in the sport.
However, her legendary stature did not come easy to her. She has reached the top through a lot of hard work, commitment, and dedication, both as a youngster and now as a veteran.

Richard Williams has been key in Venus Williams’ life
Notably, a prominent figure in Venus Williams’ extensively decorated career has been her father, Richard Williams. Moreover, talking about the same in much more depth, her father’s biopic titled ‘King Richard’ is soon to hit the theaters. However, the movie was recently premiered to a special audience who were left speechless by the cinematic masterpiece.
Reflecting on the movie, Venus stated, “My dad is not only an inspiration on the courts – but off the courts as well. The King Richard film felt like the perfect time to give my fathers iconic 80’s style a modernized twist – so we did just that with this drop. #kingrichard.”

When will Venus return?
Coming to tennis, Venus has not had the best of seasons this year. She lost in the second round of the Australian Open and exited in the French Open as well as the Wimbledon Championships in the early stages as well. Sadly, Williams did not compete at the US Open either because of an injury.
