Call of Duty: Warzone has surged the gaming charts since releasing in March. Many high-profile streamers have taken up Infinity Ward’s battle royale as their main game. Twitch star Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm is one of them. Perhaps the intensity of the game’s action and Doc’s aggressive persona are a perfect match.

Known for Violence, Speed, and Momentum, Doc is never reluctant to get in opponent’s faces. Nor is he the one to keep his thoughts to himself, owing to his outspoken personality. While he has criticized Warzone at times, he has also praised it when deserved.

Recently Dr Disrespect and NickMercs teamed up alongside others for some fast-paced, high-intensity Call of Duty Warzone action. As a result, what ensued was opponents getting dominated, multiple victories, and a heated review of Warzone.

Dr Disrespect and NickMercs give their Call of Duty: Warzone reviews

Coming fresh off a Quads victory, the duo engaged in a fiery discussion about the ratings of Warzone. While Dr Disrespect doesn’t count the latest Call of Duty title among his top 7, NickMercs, on the other hand, feels the battle royale (not Modern Warfare) is incredible.

I don’t care about the game; I’m talking about Warzone. You’re telling me right now that this isn’t one of the best BRs you’ve ever played? You’re serious?” NickMercs asked.

After carefully collecting his thoughts for a moment, Doc replied, “It doesn’t even come close… My great-grandpa could get 5 kills in this game”. The review got heated at this point, but it was just for fun, nevertheless.

According to the Two Time, Warzone is nowhere near classics like H1Z1, and especially PUBG, in their prime. Despite Warzone being a BR, Doc feels, the game somewhat resembles an RPG at the same time. NickMercs outlined the sweaty inventory management in the other BRs and said, “At least we’re moving (in Warzone), PUBG is walk-around.

The official ratings

Later in the conversation, NickMercs asked if Doc liked Apex Legends better than Warzone. Doc responded, “I don’t, I don’t, no, no, no. Let’s not take it that far,” and went on to reveal his rating for the game.

Although the game design is excellent, considering the in-game audio issues, lack of map changes, bugs, etc., Doc’s rating stands at a 6.9/10. On the other hand, NickMercs rates Warzone at 8/10 for the number of players, the map design, variation of guns as well as the fast-paced action.

Since that broadcast, Doc seems to have finalized his rating further. There is quite a decrease in the number. Replying to TimTheTatMan, who claimed Infinity Ward’s BR to be one of the best ever, Dr Disrespect rated it at 6.1/10.
