The 23-time grand slam winner surely has an ideal husband who was waiting to pick his wife at the end of the day.

She said, “I love going to the movies, but I’m addicted to popcorn, so we can’t go because of my strange addiction. She further added, “I don’t even like to leave the house. When the baby finally goes to bed at 7.30 pm, the last thing on Earth that I want is to have a dinner reservation for 8.30 pm”.

The former World No.1 hasn’t played tennis since she pulled out of the French Open this year before her second-round match. She suffered from an injury on her Achilles which was bothering her from her semi-final exit at the US Open earlier.

Serena looks to have settled into married life. Now that she’s a mother, the only challenge that remains is to win a grand slam as a mother. Impossible is a word that is far from her dictionary. Challenges and obstacles are a thing she seems to overcome every now and then. We hope to see her in Melbourne for the first grand slam at the beginning of next year.
