In motorsport circles, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr are very big and respected names in NASCAR. Meanwhile, the same can be said for Lewis Hamilton in Formula 1 circles. Of course, a global superstar of Hamilton’s calibre will obviously be rated very highly and will have a higher net worth.

Meanwhile in NASCAR, Dale Jr amassed a net worth of $300 million during his time on the NASCAR circuit. Although he was not as successful as his late father, Dale Jr still racked up 50 race wins during the course of his career. In addition to that, he also won 15 Most Popular Driver titles. In spite of retiring from full-time racing, he is still involved in NASCAR with JR Motorsports.

Of course, being an American racing icon, it is obvious that Johnson has made appearances іn the media. In other words, he will have plenty more revenue from those exploits, as well as endorsements. However, he does not hold a candle to Dale Jr, who has made several smart investments, including his Xfinity team.
