Ross Chastain managed to march his way into the championship four after he managed to pull off a previously unseen or unimaginable video game-like move at Martinsville. Moreover, looking at his overall season and how he had been performing throughout the season. Also the fact that he achieved all of this in a fairly new team brings up the questions of what does he deserve in return from the team owner. NASCAR spotter and podcaster Brett Griffin luckily had the same question lingering in his head, what he also had along with it was a suggestion of how Chastain should be rewarded.

Griffin then continued, “I said on the show, months and months and months ago, Ross Chastain will on the best situation if he is on a one-year deal because he’s won two races and now he pulls this sh*t off like he should be one of the top 10 highest paid guys in the sport. Do you agree with that?” TJ Majors says, “Umn, I don’t know.” Griffin interjected and said, “He’s in the final f*cking four, how do you not agree with that.”

Soon an argument broke off about how Denny Hamlin earned 10 times that of Ross Chastain and Gluck asked if Griffin believed Chastain should be paid as much as a veteran of the sport like Denny Hamlin. The two then went on arguing over each other about why Chastain should be paid more and why he shouldn’t.
