There is no better place to know what happens behind the scenes and get all the inside scoop than a podcast. And Bubba Wallace is all for it. Denny Hamlin started ‘Actions Detrimental with Denny Hamlin’ in 2023. Then there’s Stacking Pennies with Corey LaJoie. Now it seems that the 23XI driver has an idea of his own.

The #23 driver got very contemplative and even confessed to wanting to start his own multimedia company. He tweeted “I should start a podcast…🤔,” kicking off the conversation, with a few NASCAR drivers volunteering to join him.

How did NASCAR drivers and fans respond to Bubba Wallace?
John Hunter Nemechek replied to Bubba Wallace’s post saying, “i’m in to be a co-host”, while Landon Cassill and Parker Kligerman invited him to join The Money Lap Network to start his podcast. Kligerman even said, “Waters warm!”
While some in the NASCAR community continued to pitch potential guests, others offered to let him be a host. Before long, name suggestions for the podcast began flying in from a number of fans. One suggested, “Bourbon with Bubba,” while another said, “Merge with your brother from another mother Kenny Wallace and call it the Wall to Wall Podcast” Finally, some people advised him to approach his boss, Denny Hamlin.
The move makes sense because he has his own podcast, so he is probably the best person to seek advice from. Additionally, Hamlin could get in touch with Dale Earnhardt Jr, who also has a podcast. What makes it even better is the fact that Dale Jr owns Dirty Mo Media, which houses the Dale Jr Download, Actions Detrimental, and more podcasts.

Why would it be interesting if Bubba Wallace had a podcast?
Much like with Denny Hamlin, it would be great to hear about NASCAR, straight from a driver’s mouth. Hamlin has already imparted a number of useful insights and hot takes with Actions Detrimental. Admittedly, though, the Joe Gibbs Racing star is in the later years of his NASCAR career, at the age of 43.
By contrast, Bubba Wallace is 30, thus he has plenty more years left in his Cup Series career. If he were to start a podcast, he would have the benefit of having the most recent knowledge of the sport. Eventually, Hamlin will retire from racing, either with a championship or without one. But with Bubba Wallace in the middle of all the action, he will also have the opportunity to be closer to younger, up-and-coming drivers as well.
