The 2022 NASCAR Cup season is nearly here, and for Brad Keselowski, it heralds a new start. This is because he is beginning the season as a driver-owner for the first time. According to teammate Chris Buescher, the expectation for the outfit is to win races and get both cars into the playoffs. However, it is interesting to note that Keselowski is not going to be very active in board meetings.

He said, “In my opinion. You change culture with steady applied force and by leading through example. At this time I’m not actively engaged in the majority of the owners meeting, nor do I desire to be. I have the ability to communicate with our team and our representatives and give them my input and allow them the chance to voice it for me. ”

Honestly speaking, the team has not been able to reach for the stars lately. Their current form is a far cry from the period between 2002 and 2006 where at least one driver won the title or got runner-up. It is also worth mentioning that the team boasts 137 career Cup wins. Unfortunately, the win counter has dried up, with the last four triumphs coming in the last eight seasons.

For the upcoming NASCAR season, the Next Gen car is a blank slate. However, it does not guarantee that the Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing team will be miraculously successful. Among the Ford teams, RFK is the third-fastest outfit behind Team Penske and Stewart-Haas Racing.

With the arrival of Brad Keselowski, the elements are there to help the organization get back to winning ways. So, what are your predictions for RFK for the upcoming Cup Series season?
