Seeing Earnhardt Jr thrilled with the conversation, Reiser decided to spill the beans on how exactly the latest inductee into NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers list, Matt Kenseth, destroyed the car.

Reminiscing about the 1997 race at Milwaukee, the former crew chief said, “I got one for ya. What happened to that car is the throttle stuck at Milwaukee and he hit the wall with it. And we destroyed it. That was the end of that car.”
