According to her, she is looking forward to the Easter service at Bristol. In addition to that, her daughter Scarlett was eager to see singer Chris Tomlin at the track. Admittedly, it is unclear whether Brad Keselowski shares his wife’s opinion about an Easter weekend race.

Dale Jr believes that Easter is supposed to be a time for family to be together. Although there have been 11 other NASCAR weekends held on Easter, it still does not sit well with the community. In fact, spotter Brett Griffin nearly threatened to not attend a NASCAR race held on the Christian holiday. Even the likes of Rodney Childers has spoken out against Easter races. According to him, in his 35 years in the sport, he has never raced on Easter Sunday. He insisted that in a time like this, family is the most important thing.
