Recently, Daniel Hemric’s spotter Brett Griffin bashed NASCAR. He wasn’t happy with NASCAR for letting Ross Chastain get ahead of the pack at Sunday’s race.

He added,
“so he caused the wreck. He was in the wreck. He slowed down as a result of the wreck. He did not maintain “race speed” and NASCAR let him drive by four or five guys that were not in the wreck and put him back in front of Hamlin.”Read More:

“And I just don’t understand for the life of me. How you have all this technology and all these replays and all these things in place, SNT data. Last Sunday’s race at Atlanta Motor Speedway saw Chastain bump into Truex Jr. Immediately after that, Martin spun around and was dragged along with Ross. That led to several other cars also hitting each other and losing position.
In the aftermath of Chastain’s adventures, a total of nine cars had been involved in the wreck. Ruining the race for many. Chastain’s unnecessary bumping didn’t help anyone, not even himself. But then, in a wild turn of events, NASCAR decided to put him back up to where he last was before the crash.
