But nevertheless, the contributions are there, to the sport, for the sport, one of which is bringing the subject of mental health to racing.

Not only has Bubba Wallace been vocal about the importance of the conversation surrounding this subject, but he has been open with his own struggles with the same as well.

So it’s no surprise he recently tweeted a message to his fans about remaining positive and optimistic in day-to-day life.

“Shoutout to my mentallly fogged people. Your prolly questioning if the journey is worth it… Questioning if your worth it.. The answer is never clear but I do know there is another day tomorrow. I feel you. I see you. I love you,” Wallace wrote.

He added they didn’t “hold back” on anything, that they wanted to show how draining the sport can be mentally, physically, and emotionally. “So there’s always people out there – ‘NASCAR isn’t a sport,’” Wallace added.
