It has been a little over a year since Bubba Wallace tied the knot with the love of his Amanda but she has already figured out one of the worst things about being in matrimony with the Cup Series racer. After the 2023 Cup Series season came to an end, the 23XI Racing star said that his wife stood like a rock by him in some of the toughest times during the year. Wallace revealed that he had been suffering from depression and things got quite bad at one point, especially after seeing his close friend Ryan Blaney achieve something that he had not been able to yet. But Amanda Wallace never budged an inch from her man in terms of emotional support.

Stories like these suggest that the couple share a strong bond and while it has been evident on several occasions, Amanda Wallace has one regret ever since she married Bubba Wallace. Taking to Instagram, she wrote that the worst part of being married to the NASCAR star was not being able to experience the waterfall proposal again. It was a magical moment for the pair which took place in 2022 in Oregon.

The cutest part about their moment was that it was not just the pair of them involved in the proposal process. It was a surprise for Amanda but professional photographer Ray Duker took the pictures as the 23XI Racing driver got down on one knee and asked for the hand of the woman he loves. Their little furry friend Asher was perhaps the best surprise in the picture who fawned over the magical moment.

“I always tell Darrell that the worst part of being married is that he will never get to surprise me with a proposal again. One of my favorite moments,” Amanda Wallace wrote in her Instagram Stories.

Amanda Wallace, who has been a constant support system for Bubba Wallace when he was under a lot of stress in 2023, also shared a heartfelt tribute to her man in an Instagram post. It was a picture of the two in their wedding attire and she wrote about how they were on top of the world after their first year together and that she was excited for several more years in the future with him, come what may.

“Feeling on top of the world after our first year of marriage! Man, I wish we could go back and relive the most epic night our lives. So excited for many more years of marriage with the love of my life, @bubbawallace,” the caption read.

It is certain that both of them are quite lucky to have each other in their lives. Amanda has seen the toughest years of Bubba Wallace’s NASCAR career and when the Cup Series success begins, she will be the first person to share in the revelry with the love of her life.
