Kyle Busch has long been considered the ‘bad boy’ of NASCAR, with his aggressive tactics. However, Ross Chastain is rapidly giving him a run for his money in that department. The Trackhouse Racing star has repeatedly had tussles with his fellow drivers, and that has annoyed many of them. Earlier at the Kansas Speedway, Kyle Busch was the latest victim of the Chastain treatment, and clearly, he wasn’t pleased by it.

Speaking on the radio about Chastain, Busch said, “He’s an a*****e. He wrecks everybody every week. I’m f***ing p***ed, he races like a f***ing a*****e”.

The Richard Childress driver had every reason to be mad because the two drivers were trading paint quite often in the race. On one occasion in the race, the #1 driver bumped into his #8 rival, and Kyle Busch gave back as well as he could take it.

Ross Chastain was not finished annoying people and got his just deserts

Apparently, the Trackhouse Racing star wasn’t quite finished wreaking havoc on the speedway. Another victim was Legacy Motor Club driver Noah Gragson, and that escalated really quickly. After the race, Gragson confronted the #1 driver on the pit road, and the two of them were seen engaged in a heated discussion. Something definitely happened between the duo, because Gragson grabbed his suit and began shaking him.

And unexpectedly, Ross Chastain responded by punching him, and that was when a brawl broke out. On the bright side for Chastain, he did manage to finish fifth in the race. Meanwhile, Busch was caught out in a wreck and was classified in 35th and out of the race. On the other end of the spectrum, Noah Gragson was classified in 29th place.

While all of that was happening, Denny Hamlin went on to take his first win of the 2023 season. However, it wasn’t without controversy, as he had a clash with Kyle Larson on the last lap of the race.
