As the reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion, it is hardly surprising that many sponsors are pursuing Chase Elliott. The 25-year-old has become hot property in the NASCAR scene after his title triumph. As a result, those sponsors constantly vie to become a title sponsor at a couple of races.

Last year, restaurant brand Hooters, unveiled a paint scheme for the Indy road course and Bristol night race. Now, the brand is expected to return as a title sponsor once again. All this comes on the back of the official livery reveal a few days ago, and a one-off livery after that. In NASCAR, it is quite common for teams to run different liveries for the sake of sponsorships. For this season, the striking black and orange night owl livery makes a return for a second consecutive year.

Chase Elliott is looking forward to the new season

Of course, the Hendrick Motorsports driver is eager to take part in his first title defense. However, he knows he has to watch his back at all times.
