As the holiday season was kicking off, Kevin Harvick, fresh off the track, decided to send out a piece of his final season to a select few. And guess what? Dale Jr was one of the lucky ones. He shared the news in a tweet, complete with a photo of the special gift.

The tweet showed off the steering wheel Harvick used at Talladega – the very race where Harvick was on the brink of victory before his car failed the post-race inspection. Dale Jr’s tweet was brimming with excitement: “Got home and opened a box in the mail from @KevinHarvick. It’s his race used wheel from @TALLADEGA this year. How damn cool is this? I guess several folks got a wheel from Kevin this year. I was thankful to be one of them.”

That being said, Harvick also mentioned how he had a blast driving around Florence Motor Speedway with his son. And it turns out, he wouldn’t mind going head-to-head with Dale Jr on that very track. “I’ve driven some laps around Florence in the legend car with Keelan and that was pretty enjoyable. I know how much Dale likes to race at Florence, so maybe it’d be fun for us both to race there,” Harvick mused. Sounds like it could be a pretty epic showdown, doesn’t it?
