Longevity is a trait a lot of NASCAR drivers possess. There are a lot of drivers who have plied their trade in NASCAR for over 10 or 15 years. Some of them also came away with the Cup Series in their hand. But even that didn’t make them a household name like Dale Earnhardt Jr; despite Junior never having scaled the pinnacle of NASCAR racing.

While a sizeable chunk of Dale Earnhardt Jr’s fame comes from the long duration, he spent in racing circles, coupled with the GOAT status his father, Dale Earnhardt, had – it’s not only down to that. Dale Jr has been a media personality ever since he joined NASCAR, and continues to be one 5 years after his retirement from full-time professional racing.

Junior runs a very successful podcast on his YouTube channel, Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Dirty Mo Media, which has over 300,000 subscribers. His Instagram has over 950,000 followers, while his Twitter handle has 2.5 million plus followers. Mindboggling numbers!

His followers and fans love to stay updated about his life, and Dale Jr keeps obliging. Recently, the driver posted a story tagging his wife, Amy Earnhardt, with a hilarious video. The popular influencer xgilham originally posted the video. He said in the video said, “If your man tells you that he has to poop. He tells you when he’s gonna poop, where he’s gonna poop. If he lets you in on his pooping information, which is sacred by the way, he loves you no doubt.”

The video was possibly Dale Jr signaling to his wife that he loves her a lot! Amy and Dale have been married since 2016 and have 2 children.

Definitely, an unconventional way to express your affection for your significant other – but hey, since when has Dale Jr believed in being conventional!?

Dale Earnhardt Jr. once had to save Amy

If sharing intricate details of your bowel movements qualifies as a precursor to a great relationship for Dale Jr, it is quite understandable that this incident would fall in the same category for the legend (all in jest!)

The Hall of Famer revealed a story on one of his Dale Jr. download episodes. He, Amy, and their daughter were on the beach and his wife felt a sharp sting on her foot. Knowing the apocryphal theory of how to treat jellyfish stings, Dale Jr. sprung into action.

He said, “She was in so much pain, and she said it worked immediately. She was hurting! No, no, no. You can’t understate the pain of a jellyfish sting. You can’t understate this. We have these chairs that are flat on the ground, all right? And so I dug a hole in the sand in front of me, and she stuck her foot down in it. I didn’t even have to move. I peed on her foot, and then I filled the hole in.”

“No one saw anything. We maneuvered all of our things around to where there was not anybody in our line of sight. I’m literally sitting almost ass on the beach; we’re low to the ground. Our chair bottoms sit on the dirt. We’re laughing like hell, yes. I was probably laughing a little more. Amy was hurting but laughing and crying. She was hurting and laughing. It worked!”
