Every since its initial years, the Burning Man festival has been held at Black Rock City. Earlier, former NASCAR and IndyCar driver Danica Patrick attended the 2022 edition of the event. Over there, she admired many of the displays, and one particular installation caught her eye.
This was the Robot Heart installation, which featured a massive sculpture shaped like a heart. After seeing a post from the festival’s official IG handle, Patrick shared it on her story and wrote, “Robot Heart was (fire emoji) IFYTYK”.

Their website describes them as “a collective of doers and dreamers, artists and entrepreneurs. Our home is in the desert dust of Burning Man, and the streets of New York City, Detroit, San Francisco and Hong Kong. Home is wherever the Heart is.”
“It is a community and a family, and our events at Burning Man. In New York and around the world are an extension and celebration of that community, bound together by shared values of inclusion, giving, environmental responsibility and mutual respect.”

What has Danica Patrick been up to so far in 2022?
From a racing perspective, Patrick has not been doing anything, as she has retired. However, she has been part of many philanthropic pursuits and hobbies, and the Burning Man Festival is just one of them.

Aside from that, she also hosts her own podcast and places a lot of emphasis on health and body image. Furthermore, Patrick also stays involved in the racing community, with occasional commentary gigs.

Those appearances are mostly in the IndyCar Series, but she has commentated for a couple of NASCAR Cup races. And if that isn’t enough, the 40-year-old also has her own vineyard as well as a candle-making business.
