Fans were surprised to see their favorite driver Bubba Wallace while visiting a local McDonald’s outlet in Blountville, Tennessee.

Despite his poor performance on the track and controversies surrounding him, the 23Xl Racing driver, with all his appointments on the track, managed to spare a few hours to delight his fans-that too while working in the drive-thru!

While fans were thrilled to see the popular driver handing them goodies and merchandise, Wallace also revealed some honest thoughts about the recent developments.

Ahead of his upcoming race at Bristol Motor Speedway, Wallace was quite excited to interact with the fans.

The popular NASCAR Cup Series driver is in quite a spot as of now, the recent incident in Circuit of The Americas and his open admissions revealed his troubled state. With bad luck running its course, the driver developed brake failure that eventually caused a major crash with Kyle Larson. Moreover, following his average performance at Richmond, Bubba certainly seems to be in a tight spot.

According to News 5 WCYB at the spot, Bubba made an honest admission, “You know I made some mistakes this year that really put us in a hole, so we’re trying to claw back from where we were to start the year.”

He added, “I think the truck experience helps, but these cars are totally different. These guys you go up against on Sunday are the best of the best, they figure it out quick. So we’ll have to be ready for whatever comes our way.”

Despite all the drama ensuing in the background, Bubba Wallace eagerly treated his fans with toys and goodies.
