This is because 23XI Racing’s new headquarters are currently under construction in Huntsville, and from the looks of it, it’s set to become one of the most impressive facilities in all of NASCAR.

Denny Hamlin flaunts his team’s massive facility in the making

The veteran recently teased in a series of Instagram stories the progress of 23XI Racing’s new facility. In Hamlin’s stories, it’s clear that the work is being done on a massive level and at a very fast pace as the walls were being brought up.

Hamlin also teased some architectural elements of the building with a sneak peek of what would become the owner’s suite and the owner’s garage.

Along with that he also posted a picture of the rather impressive design elements in the architecture of the building as he professed his love for the discipline. “Man I love design,” he wrote.

23XI Racing’s new facility could cost over $15 million to Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan

According to Charlotte Business Journal, the facility is being built on a 15-acre site which Hamlin acquired for $3.7 million in 2021. Steve Lauletta, the president of 23XI Racing, had spoken about their new facility in Huntersville as he revealed the expected date of its completion, or rather, the lack of it.

“We plan to break ground within the next few weeks,” Lauletta said. “We don’t have an actual date yet, but it will be in the very near future.”

As for how much it will cost, the 23XI President didn’t reveal any details or estimates, but Charlotte Business Journal reported it could set Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin back by at least $16 million.
