As the off-season winds down, it looks like we’ve hit the height of paint-scheme reveal time, right before the 2024 season kicks off. Teams, both seasoned and newcomers, are all over social media, showing off their cars decked out in new and faithful sponsors’ colors. But it seems like Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher‘s RFK Racing might have missed the memo or are perhaps still getting their ducks in a row for their big reveal. It turns out, they got a bit of an unexpected spotlight thrown their way when Kaulig Racing let the truth come out during the unveiling.

Fastenal and Castrol Edge are set to grace the hoods

Just a tad earlier, Brad Keselowski whipped the covers off with a fresh paint job and a brand-new sponsor, Build Submarines, ready to make waves as the main sponsor for both Keselowski and Buescher in a whopping 18 NASCAR Cup Series races this year. RFK Racing took to X, lighting up the internet with their racers’ snazzy new looks and a post that shouted, “DRIVING THE MISSION. BK and Buescher will put the @BuildSubmarines colors on the track for a combined 18 races this season.”

But it looks like Keselowski and Co. decided to roll the dice on something new, and well, it didn’t quite stick the landing. RFK Racing shared a snap of the duo’s cars: Buescher’s in striking blue and Keselowski’s in sleek black and white, each boasting Fastenal and Castrol Edge on their bonnets. The caption read, “First wraps of the season 💯.” Yet, what was meant to be a sneak peek at their real-deal race cars turned out to be just miniatures.

No sooner had the post hit Twitter than Kaulig Racing swooped into the comments, calling their bluff with, These are 100% die casts do not lie on main.” RFK Racing shot back with a playful, “Psh dawg why’d you have to call us out like that,” keeping the banter lighthearted.

It seems like RFK Racing’s got their hands full with sponsors, Solomon Plumbing included, especially after their banner year in 2023. Maybe juggling all those partnerships is more of a circus act than they bargained for.

The pit crew at RFK Racing just dropped the news that Solomon Plumbing will be back in the game, backing Brad Keselowski for a quartet of races in the upcoming 2024 Cup Series. Keselowski’s No. 6 Ford is set to flaunt Solomon Plumbing’s signature hues at a handful of tracks: Las Vegas Motor Speedway, World Wide Technology Raceway in St. Louis, Darlington Raceway, and a high-stakes playoff showdown at Kansas Speedway.

This isn’t Solomon Plumbing’s first rodeo with RFK Racing; they joined forces back in 2022 and have been riding shotgun with Keselowski and his No.6 Ford Mustang, making a splash in eight races over the past couple of seasons.

Their teamwork hit a high note with a P6 finish at Darlington last September, showing they’re a combo that can hold their own on the track. Keeping the momentum going, Solomon is gearing up to be the main sponsor for four more Cup Series races in 2024, ready to pipe up their support for the RFK Racing team.

Controversies, gossip, and breakneck speeds? Count me in! While F1 has its charm, NASCAR helps me relive those "Roadrash" gaming days. My favorite among the drivers has to be Tyler Reddick. The 23XI Racing pilot is not only likable but also a complete beast when he is on track, more specifically, road courses.
