“Don’t Tell the Coach Though”: NASCAR Cup Series Driver Picks Between Kyle Busch and Joe Gibbs

NASCAR Cup Series driver Christopher Bell reveals who is a tougher team boss between Kyle Busch and Joe Gibbs. Bell is in his first full Cup Series season and drives the No. 95 Toyota Camry for Leavine Family Racing.
Bell was talking to Fox Sports’ Alan Cavanna in a recent interview after the Bristol race. During the ‘How A-list are you’ segment of the interview, Bell was asked “Between Kyle Busch and Joe Gibbs, who is a tougher boss to work with.”
Bill replied, “Kyle Busch. Just don’t tell the coach though”.

Bell won the Camping World Truck Series with Kyle Busch Motorsports

Bell started driving for the Kyle Busch racing team in the camping series in 2015. He made his debut in Iowa and finished an impressive race at the fifth spot. He ran a couple of races for the team and finished the season at the 27th spot.
In 2016, he had his first full season with Kyle Busch Motorsports and finished the season in the 3rd spot. After that, the next year, he won the championship. His final appearance for the team was in 2018 at Bristol.

In 2017, he had his Xfinity debut. In his Xfinity debut, Bell got an impressive 4th-place finish despite being spun out early in the race by Ryan Reed. During his second start at Iowa, Bell won the pole and looked to be on track for his 1st career win. However, he was caught up in a multi-car crash and lost his lead.
After that, he joined Joe Gibbs Racing to drive the No. 18 of at Charlotte Motor Speedway as part of a seven-race schedule.
In 2018, Bell moved to the Xfinity Series full-time to drive the No. 20 car for Joe Gibbs Racing. In his first full season with the team, he partnered Noah Gregson and finished the championship in fourth place.
