Time sides with none. A class of drivers may stop racing entirely, but then, there have been a few who have been bitten by the adrenaline bug. The latter stock search for avenues, besides racing, in their relentless pursuit of love for racing. Among them is former NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace. The 60-year-old continues to be motorsport-intensive.
In his career, Wallace wasn’t particularly successful in the Cup Series. As a matter of fact, in 344 starts, he has only acquired 27 Top-10 finishes and no wins in the Cup arena. Most of his success came at the Xfinity level. With nine wins and a best finish of 2nd in the 1991 season in the Xfinity Series, Wallace prides in his passion for dirt track racing. Recently, he spoke of an incident that occurred to him a couple of years ago.

Kenny Wallace fired a warning at people who crossed him
He begins his unfiltered opinion with this: “I’ve taught the racing world a lesson, couple of years ago.”
“I showed up at the race track by myself and ran for the A-Main. Had Tony Jackson back me into the pits. Tony remembers that. They’re all staring at me, I said, ‘Let that be a lesson to all of you. If you keep it up, I’ll keep coming to the track by myself again.
‘Make you look bad because you got helpers. You guys think you’ve got one over me’. It’s like ‘Wallace coming to the track by himself’. I’m like, ‘Nope! You look bad because you got people with you. I’ll do it all by myself. Don’t test me’.

“That’s the pr*ck coming out of me. Everybody’s got that pr*ck side. Don’t let them fool you.”
In essence, he was saying that some of his competitors believed that he couldn’t compete alone. Naturally, he unleashed his inner “pri*k,” as he put it, and got his revenge. Wallace insisted that there was nothing to feel embarrassed about coming to the track on his own.
