Following the Martinsville Speedway NASCAR playoff race, Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin, and Brad Keselowski made it into the final 4. With Joey Logano already securing his slot, Keselowski makes it two Ford drivers in the final 4.

In the process, it helped Ford clinch the 2020 manufacturers’ championship. They were aided by a second-place finish courtesy Team Penske driver, Ryan Blaney.

“We’re in motorsports to win races and championships, so to clinch this year’s manufacturers’ championship before the end of the season with all of the challenges everyone in the sport has faced is a real source of pride,” said Mark Rushbrook, Ford’s global director.

“An accomplishment like this wouldn’t be possible without the dedication from everyone who works in Ford Performance, our race teams, and Roush Yates Engines.

Rushbrook insisted that everyone at the factory works hard to deliver the best Mustangs on the track every week. So, he is proud to see the automobile giant’s efforts rewarded handsomely. This sort of pride is also reflected on the customers and employees and truly shows what Ford is capable of, from an engineering standpoint.
