NASCAR and country music have had a long and storied history and Hailie Deegan has just added a new chapter to that story. The Xfinity Series star and her team AM Racing will be running a paint scheme honoring country musician Cody Jinks for the race at the Circuit of the Americas on March 23. The new paint scheme will run the race just a day before Jinks’ new album, Change The Game, is scheduled to be released, and it will be like a feel-good factor for those fans who love racing and country music.
Several country artists in the past have collaborated with NASCAR including the likes of Taylor Swift (before she transitioned to pop), Blake Shelton, Loretta Lynn, and Conway Twitty. Marty Robbins was also one of them but he went one step further and competed in 35 Cup Series races and finished in the top 10 six times.

AM Racing recently tweeted about the partnership between Hailie Deegan and Cody Jinks with a video. The driver of the #15 car was seen turning up Outlaws and Mustangs on the jukebox before revealing the paint scheme on her Ford Dark Horse Mustang. The base color of the car is white with the artist’s name along with the names of his new album and a few songs in black. Jinks’s new album art found a place in the hood of the car.
“The thing about outlaws and mustangs, they always come home. We’re coming for you @NASCARatCOTA,” the caption by AM Racing read on X.

Cody Jinks also took to his social media handle and wrote a heartfelt message about his love for NASCAR and how it was an honor to have Hailie Deegan represent him on the track. the driver of the #15 car also seemed to have a lot of respect for the multi-platinum-winning artist, who started as a thrash metal musician, which is one of the farthest genres from country music.
After the new scheme was revealed, Deegan called it an honor to represent a musician of Jinks’s caliber on the race track, and the artists shared those feelings. Partnerships like these are great for NASCAR as they get eyeballs to the sport. It’s not often that a musician is represented in a car’s paint scheme so it will certainly be something fans will be excited about seeing on the track.

Judging by her comments, Hailie Deegan seems to be a huge fan of Cody Jinks, which is not surprising considering she has been a part of the NASCAR culture for several years now.
“I am beyond thrilled about this partnership with Cody Jinks this weekend at Circuit of the Americas. Cody’s energy and growing popularity will undoubtedly bring us some attention for the race this weekend. I am honored to represent him, promote his new record, and earn him a great finish with our No. 15 Cody Jinks — Change The Game Ford Mustang on Saturday afternoon,” she said as per Toby Christie.
Cody Jinks has always been a fan of NASCAR and that has been well-documented in the past. The 43-year-old artist revealed that he has been friends with some of the executives and race teams, and it was not uncommon to see him or people from his team at the races. This time, things will just be a bit more official. He will also be the grand marshall for the Xfinity Series race.
