Who can forget Kyle Busch in a pretty pink racing suit that he wore back in 2010? Designed by a nine-year-old, Kimmy, the suit was adorned with rainbows, stars, butterflies, bunnies, and little seals, among a lot of other things. But wait, wasn’t there also a face of a kitten right in the middle?

Although his colleagues Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart made sure to pull his leg for wearing the pink suit, there are chances that the two might not be aware of the courage Busch required to pull it off. No, not because the suit was pink. But maybe because it had a cat on it!

Why Kyle Busch has a difficult relationship with cats?

In a recent Ask Away series on her Instagram account, Kyle’s wife, Samantha Busch revealed why the Busch family would probably never get a cat. While on her way to Atlanta, Samantha opened the floor to questions when an Instagram user asked, “Will the Busch family ever get a cat?”

But apart from this, fans will remember the event for many other reasons. And one of them would be Kyle Busch lifting his first trophy as a Richard Childress Racing driver.

However, while everyone was busy celebrating Rowdy’s victory, a few others were busy mourning a tragedy that occurred during the race. In stage 1, a black cat unexpectedly entered the track on Turn 4. And according to a few unverified pictures on Twitter, when Ross Chastain zipped alongside the wall, the black feline, unfortunately, lost its life.
