Taking to Twitter, Adam Stern from the Sports Business Journal shared what the replica kits would look like. The products will reportedly be available at the Hendrick Motorsports team headquarters at Concord, North Carolina and on the trackside. Featuring both red and blue jerseys, the kits will consist of a polo neck design with the Castore logo over the right shoulder. The Valvoline logo will front and center on the red piece. On the other hand, the blue-colored one features the Hendrickcars.com logo in bold letters. The “soft-fabric replica kits” will also feature a checkered flag pattern, adding some spice to the mix.

As revealed in the tweet, the kits are to be priced at $81.95! Notably, the price received some negative criticism from fans who felt it was unreasonably high for a collared Jersey. Castore’s first deal in NASCAR is also its biggest till date in North America and will kick off with a debut at the Clash during The L.A. Coliseum exhibition race in Los Angeles.

Reflecting on the newfound partnership, Hendrick Motorsports vice-chairman, Jeff Gordon, felt that Castore’s commitment to ‘elite quality’ and their use of advanced engineering creates a common ground of organizational goals for the two giant brands. In a press release, he shared, “As Hendrick Motorsports enters our 40th anniversary season, we look forward to working with Castore to elevate the look and performance of our track apparel and the sportswear used by our pit crews. Our fans have been asking for official team kits, and we’re excited to offer them for the very first time.”
