With a distinct growl from the engine, NASCAR’s Garage 56 stock car has revved up the excitement of all motorsports enthusiasts.
And keeping up with the enthusiasm, Garage 56 partner and Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick is proud of the reaction elicited by the stock car from fans. Especially TikTok fans!

Rick Hendrick on the Excitement Surrounding the Stock Car
During his interaction with AP, Rick Hendrick revealed that he was proud of his team as the HMS crew won its class in the Le Mans pit stop competition. Having clinched the fifth position while using a manual jack against teams using air jacks, it was definitely a huge accomplishment for the team.
Reminiscing about how he issued a warning to his team, Hendrick said, “When we said we’re gonna do it, I said, ‘Look, we can’t do this half-a**ed. I want to be as sharp as anybody out there.”

Furthermore, he added how his granddaughter shared updates about the anticipation surrounding the car on social media. He added,
“I don’t want to be any less than any other team here. And just to see the reaction from the crowd, people are so excited about this car. My granddaughter has been sending me all these TikTok things that fans are making about NASCAR being at Le Mans.”

NASCAR fans react to Rick Hendrick’s ‘TikTok’ comment
Excited and happy to see NASCAR’s stock car competing with the world’s most elite motorsports vehicles, NASCAR fans took to Twitter to appreciate the efforts of the Garage 56 project. However, not exactly happy to hear Hendrick’s cringe-worthy take on ‘TikTok things,’ a Twitter user wrote, “All these TikTok things” old people are great sometimes.”
