Aside from that, Vargas appeared at Road America and at the Phoenix Raceway.

Why TikTok chose the NASCAR Xfinity driver?

Admittedly, the sponsorship works out just fine, because the 20-year-old is active on social media. Vargas familiarized himself with a number of skills from a business point of view.

“TikTok has provided me with an incredible outlet to reach new fans and demographics through fun and creative content, and I’ve seen the highest growth in followers on TikTok over my other social channels,” Vargas said.

“The opportunity to run the No. 6 TikTok Chevrolet Camaro in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for the rest of the season is an absolute dream come true. Johnny Davis Motorsports took a chance on me last year and I’m excited to bring this amazing TikTok partnership their way.

“I wouldn’t want to make this partnership a reality anywhere else.”

Vargas found the app to be highly useful to boost his own popularity and reach. Naturally, he is quite thrilled when the app arrived as potential partners.

TikTok’s Head of Global Marketing, Nick Tran, admitted his happiness to partner with an iconic brand like NASCAR. According to him, it helps promote creator diversity and helps TikTok grow as well.
