The Christmas season is for people to purchase and flaunt new clothes and motorsports athletes are no different. Recently, IndyCar driver Conor Daly uploaded a picture of him wearing his latest motorsports merchandise, portraying two generations of Earnhardt men. The apparel impressed Dale Earnhardt Jr so much that he even shared Daly’s picture on his Instagram Stories to show his appreciation.

It is indeed a rare piece of merchandise that Conor Daly got his hands on. The full-sleeve t-shirt was a tribute to Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. The #3 that the t-shirt featured in bold letters was what The Intimidator drove in his career, ultimately giving it a legendary status. Junior also ran the #3 in the 1998 and 1999 Xfinity Series seasons and certain races later on.

Daly’s t-shirt said, “Two faces of the 3,” and had Junior and his father’s name at the bottom. He uploaded two pictures of him wearing it on Twitter with the caption, Merry Christmas everyone! Hope everyone had an incredible day. @benhhendricks got me a shirt that would intimidate any other shirt on the market. This is a brilliant find! @DaleJr”

He also uploaded the pictures to his Instagram Stories with “DALE YEAH!” as the caption. Naturally, it did not take long for Junior to take notice of the pictures and share it on his Stories. “Haha bada**,” wrote the 2-time Xfinity Series champion.

Junior celebrated Christmas Eve this year with his brother and sister and their families, along with his own. It seemed to be a happy celebration as the family posed for a photograph amid all the festivities.

The 49-year-old revealed his plans for Christmas and it surely was stacked. A get-together with the in-laws was followed by a grand celebration with his brother and sisters. Junior also revealed a Christmas Eve family tradition and said his heart was full this holiday season.

“Went to Texas for a few days to celebrate the Christmas holiday with Amy’s family. Wonderful time. Now with brother Kerry and Kelley’s groups for a tradition we have created on Christmas Eve. Gifts, food, and gingerbread houses. It’s been a heck of a holiday season so far. My heart is full.,” Junior wrote.

It is always a great feeling for racing fans to see the Earnhardt family all together. We wish them all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
