Kyle Busch was left with no other choice than to drive on the grass in the middle of a crucial NASCAR race. The incident happened during the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 at the Texas Motor Speedway.

The two times NASCAR Cup Series Champion is on the other side in this series. He has not won a single race this season. While his last win came in the final race of the 2019 season.

This incident took place after he was engaged with a 12-car collision right off the bat in the last phase of the race.

During a restart in the early stages of the third and last phase of the race, Ryan Blaney was driving the outside path when he lost control of his vehicle. This started a chain response and all the drivers behind him started to bump into each other.

Kyle in the No. 18 Toyota was in a three-wide situation. Busch was then caught in a collision between his teammates Martin Truex Jr. and Joey Logano. This led to major chaos.

Truex was hammered into the wall. Kyle Busch went the other way and through the grass rejoined the track. Although he was lucky enough that his car was in one piece and in a drivable condition. What’s incredible is that Kyle Busch was able to jump up the grid from being on the grass to finish the race in 4th position.

During the post-race interview with NBC, Kyle Busch was asked how he was able to drive that car even after hitting grass that way. He had a cheeky response to this question. He simply said: “KFB”. It means Kyle “F****” Busch.
