“Make Him Fly His A** to Bristol” – Bubba Wallace & Denny Hamlin Join NASCAR Community in Roasting Chase Elliott

After the Watkins Glen race, Chase Elliott convinced everyone he was living in an alternative universe, stating he was waiting for the next race at Bristol. Whereas back in the real world, the next race is scheduled to take place at Daytona.

Soon, fellow drivers like Bubba Wallace and Denny Hamlin took a cheeky dig at Elliott’s “Bristol” saga.

Seeing this, fellow drivers Denny Hamlin and Bubba Wallace took to their respective Instagram handles and posted pictures with the caption stating that they were off to Bristol as well. Obviously, these were cheeky digs at the Hendrick Motorsports driver’s confusing comments.

Wallace wrote, “Not much for us at The Glen. Bristol next.“ Hamlin also posted, “P20 at Watkins Glen. On to Bristol.”

Fans were quick to join on the Bristol freight train and made fun of Elliott’s goof-up in the comments. One user wrote, “Bubba and Chase are gonna have a dual at Bristol.”

While the second stated, “At least Chase will have someone to race now #bristol.”

Another user took a dig at both Elliott and Wallace, stating, “Chase doesn’t know what track is next, Bubba doesn’t know what track he’s at right now.”

One more fan stated, “I can’t wait to see how many confused fans are about Bristol lol. Daytona is your track dude.”

Furthermore, journalist Alanis King also poked fun at Elliott and stated, “If I were Chase Elliott’s social team, I would make him fly his ass to Bristol this week and take a photo so I could tweet “Where is everybody?” from his account on Friday“

It would be quite a surprise for Elliott when his team turns up at Daytona. However, this was one hilarious mistake by Elliott, who was anyway angered by his teammate Kyle Larson. Especially after the incident on turn one at Watkins Glen.

Both Hendrick’s drivers seemed to give a fairly diplomatic answer regarding their tussle at turn one. Elliott, who looked upset at the situation straight out, avoided saying anything and instead gave generic and congratulatory answers.

Larson, on the other hand stated, “I knew that was my only opportunity. I’m not proud of it, but I knew it’s what I had to do to get the win. I felt like our cars were pretty equal.”

Larson was seen aggressively darting into the lead and in the process shoving Elliott off the track, which saw the latter losing out on positions.

The race was finally won by Larson while his teammate Elliott came in fourth. Now we head on to the final race at Daytona International Speedway, where at-risk drivers get one last chance to get into the playoffs.
