For many of us, NASCAR truly encapsulates the word “entertainment!” The oval racetracks have seen their share of blended emotions over the years—sometimes drama spills out while sometimes we get to witness the funny side of the racing. Fortunately, during the last weekend in Phoenix, we saw the bright and funny side of the sport.
The incident occurred during a practice session while drivers were taking their race cars from their garages to the racetrack. Even before the action could start, things got funny as drivers lost their way to the track.
What was confusing for the drivers turned out to be hilarious for the fans. At the start of the session, while the drivers seemed confused about where to go, the NASCAR fans saw the funny tone of the sport. Kevin Harvick was among the drivers that were puzzled by the cone setup at the start.

In a rather funny turn of events, the drivers looked amused while Kevin joked about it, calling it a “disaster.” Among the drivers were the defending champion Joey Logano, #19 Toyota Camry driver Martin Truex Jr and AJ Allmendinger, all of whom were caught surprised and confused. The fans then took to social media to react to what was a funny and awkward moment inside the track.
The puzzled drivers tried to grab a sense of direction, while Kevin commented “Looking like a bunch of idiots. This is a disaster.” With Kevin and AJ turning around their cars, Joey and Martin were figuring it out for themselves.
