NASCAR Announces Collaboration with Rocket League Game Involving Some Major Teams

Recently, NASCAR announced some momentous news for the fans. Apparently, the sport is partnering with the popular video game, Rocket League. As per reports, video game developer, Psyonix will unveil a NASCAR 2021 Fan Pack. This new pack is expected to make its grand debut on Thursday, May 6, and the best part is that the pack will be available on all platforms.

All that players need to do is visit the Item Shop and buy the NASCAR 2021 Fan Pack. This pack features three Cars, namely the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro, and the Toyota Camry.

In addition to that, nine NASCAR team Decals and Player Banners will be available. Other perks include a NASCAR x Rocket League Decal for each car, and Goodyear Racing Wheels.

Which NASCAR cars will be available for the players?

To be honest, everyone will be thrilled to have licensed cars at their fingertips. Ryan Newman’s Roush Fenway Racing #6, Aric Almirola’s Stewart-Haas Racing #10, and Joey Logano’s Team Penske #22 are the car decals available in the pack. Others include Kurt Busch’s Chip Ganassi Racing #1, Austin Dillon’s Richard Childress Racing #3, and Chase Elliott’s Hendrick Motorsports #9.

The final three cars are Erik Jones’ Richard Petty Motorsports #43, Kyle Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing #18, and Bubba Wallace’s 23XI Racing #23 machine. It is also worth noting that the offer is only available between May 6 and May 12 for 2000 credits. To make things even more lucrative, Rocket League is unveiling a free NASCAR Trail from May 6 onwards.

The reports also suggest that this new Psyonix-NASCAR partnership is a part of a multi-year collaboration. It is also noteworthy that the special pack drops ahead of the Cup Series race at Darlington Raceway on May 9.

Even if some fans miss it, this Fan Pack will be made available intermittently throughout the year. Needless to say, this will do well to entice existing and even new fans of the game and sport.
