Of course, that has invited a lot of hate comments too. And Danica Patrick revealed in a conversation with Dr. Jordan Peterson that she has been a victim, too.

Naturally, being born in the digital age, the younger crowd lives off of social media, almost. And that has subjected a lot of teenagers to negativity online. Of course, the former racecar driver feels for them, because she has experienced it herself.

She revealed, “I live in a world where people have said horrible things about me on the internet, and on social media, ” She then added talking about how younger people face it even worse compared to her. She said, “But, I don’t know them. So I can write that off to they don’t even know me. But this happens in school, and a kid can read this and they’re in class with that person, or they have a locker near them. And I think that’s such a dangerous and horrible thing for a kid to have to deal with. I very much empathise with kids these days and social media.”

Of course, social media is quite a threat to everyone these days. Especially, emotionally. So, when the former driver talked about it, the fans were quite happy that she talked about it openly.

Patrick talked about the extent of effects social media can have on young kids. And she is spot-on about everything. Naturally, she deserves the appreciation she got from the fans. Moreover, plenty of people even pointed out more issues of social media.
