One such veteran is the two-time Cup Series champion, Kyle Busch, who scored a record-breaking victory in Fontana. Now, a recent update has made the fans even more ecstatic. 

The first Cup Series race of April will be held at the Richmond Raceway. Moreover, if we go by the results of the past decade, there is a clear favorite that emerges.

NASCAR recently posted a factoid about Kyle Busch’s past performances at the Richmond Raceway. It read, “@KyleBusch is pretty good at @RichmondRaceway. He has ten consecutive top-10 finishes!” From the statistics, it is clear that Busch’s odds of winning the race at Richmond are massive. 

The fans of Richard Childress Racing and Kyle Busch were on cloud nine knowing these statistics. They couldn’t contain their excitement knowing that their favorite can recreate another moment as he did at the race in Fontana. Fans certainly believe that Busch has it in him to achieve these odds and make them a reality.

Kyle Busch is certainly making this year count

Kyle Busch has had a wonderful start in this Cup season and he aims to make it even better going forward. Except for the Daytona 500 race, he has managed to be in the top ten in all the other races till now. With his glorifying win at Fontana, he also broke an unbeatable record earlier held by Richard Petty.

It looks the move to a different team has motivated Busch to go all out to achieve his goals for this year in the series. Though the Richard Childress Racing team has had amazing drivers, none of the drivers had finished a season in the top 10 in the last few years. The winningest driver across the three national series has his intent set for the next race as well as the remaining season.
