And that team is none other than the University of Alabama! Crimson Tide Sports Network revealed the big news through a social media post.

Although, the intention of this move is to show off the new official status and promote Talladega Superspeedway. The fans have mixed opinions.

This is major news, considering this has never happened before. Moreover, University of Alabama football coach, Nick Saban has managed to make college football work for him.
