“Next on Line is (Denny) Hamlin” After NASCAR Severely Punishes Kevin Harvick for “Speaking Out”, According to Fans

Kevin Harvick has been known to be outspoken when it comes to driver safety. However, NASCAR perhaps may not like to hear one of its drivers openly bash them for their incompetence. Fans seemed to have linked the recent news regarding Kevin Harvick and his crew chief receiving penalties as a conspiracy within the organization.

Pockrass stated, NASCAR has suspended Kevin Harvick crew chief Rodney Childers for four races, fined him $100K, and docked Kevin Harvick and the team 100 points for modification of vendor-supplied body part that affects the aerodynamic properties of the vehicle. Harvick already as 16th in points.”

Given the fact that Stewart-Haas has never compromised when it came to bashing NASCAR, it could seem like a coincidence with the timing of such a penalty. Harvick had previously called the part supplied by NASCAR to be “crappy.” As per the latest reports, NASCAR awarded crew chief Rodney Childers a $100K fine alongside a four-race ban. However, they did not stop there, they also handed Harvick and the team a 100 points duck in the championship. The reasons were cited to be a modification made to NASCAR-supplied parts.

Fans smell a conspiracy out of Kevin Harvick’s penalties

The heavy set of penalties issued to Harvick and co did not go well with fans of the sport and they retaliated against NASCAR over social media.

They were quick to point out that perhaps NASCAR decided to show them who wielded the torch. They also stated that this was not the first time NASCAR had penalized someone who had been outspoken against them.
