“One-Legged Man in an A** Kicking Contest”—Motorsports Fanatic Tony Stewart Gets Real on His Jam-Packed Routine

Ask any diehard NASCAR fans about “Smoke” and they’ll give a long list of accolades and achievements of the man. Tony “Smoke” Stewart is a jack of all trades, so to speak. The 3-time Cup Series champion knows no bounds as he is constantly in the deep end of the spectrum, trying out various disciplines of racing as he reaches new heights of motorsports.

Recently the Stewart-Haas Racing co-owner and NHRA fame dragster talked about a typical day on the drag strip as he goes on to check his octane fuelled power machine. Also the 51-year-old hinted at his busy schedule while on his NHRA camp.

As he dished out another series of videos on his YouTube channel, the driver gave the community a peek into his busy schedule with a brief 20-minute video.

Tony Stewart shares the inside scoops on the drag strip while stating his Cup schedule

The NASCAR great and Hall of Famer recently gave the community an inside glimpse into the intriguing world of NHRA drag racing. After his illustrious careers in Indycar and NASCAR scenes, the enthusiastic driver is currently trying his luck in NHRA. And the driver is reaping gold these days. He won his first-ever national drag event earlier last month as he clinched the prestigious Wally trophy edging out his competition in a quad race showdown.

Despite being a iconic star of the sport, the 51-year-old shows no sign of slowing down. Recently the driver had a fascinating video uploaded to his channel, taking us fans through the lesser-known world of drag racing. Also the SHR co-owner also shared his tight and packed schedule with the Cup Series commitment along with his NHRA schedules.

He said, “Man, I’ve been busier than a one logged man in an a** kicking contest, so being in Charlotte, I’ve had a busy week with the Cup team and a lot of juggling, a lot of balls in the air at all times.”

Further, Stewart revealed his excitement to be on the track and how things will mellow down here after, “My week will slow down just because i get to be on the racetrack  now.”

The brief video had the driver answer some fascinating questions. Later during the episode, Stewart reveals his favorite part of the experience.

Stewart reveals the most favorite part about his new found love, drag racing

The YouTube video released almost 4 days ago has received warm responses from fans, Stewart being a icon in NASCAR, have brough quite a number of fans to the rather lesser followed division of motorsports, the drag racing scene. Not only is it the driver’s new found passion, his wife, Leah Pruett is also a renowned dragster for his own Tony Stewart Racing.

When asked about his favorite part about the sport, the old-school racer in Stewart popped up. He said, “I guess my favorite part of the whole thing is I get to driver a racecar and get to race on the same weekend as my wife and I think most of all, I’m just enjoying learning a new discipline of motorsport that have not been exposed to and trying to figure out how to be good at something I’ve never done before.”
