Reflecting on his holiday activities, Blaney mentioned, “We had a few weeks in December to kind of really relaxing. Well, I got engaged, you know, like the second week in December. So that was pretty stressful.” He added, “Then we go to Christmas and it’s good to see family and then my birthday is New Year’s Eve. So a lot was going on. But yeah, I think we had a lot of time to kind of relax and enjoy.”

However, despite the festivities, Blaney’s racing spirit remained intact, as he confessed, I get restless once the new year comes. I get ready to go race.
