The Wood Brothers Racing driver, Harrison Burton, just announced his engagement to his girlfriend, Jenna Petty, on social media. Although he’s been having a tough time on the track, sitting at 32nd with 65 points and one DNF, things are looking up in his personal life. The #21 driver has been seen out and about with his girlfriend quite a bit, and now they’ve gone public with their plans to tie the knot. So, what’s the scoop on their romance?

After dating for seven years, Harrison Burton finally popped the question

Jenna Petty, who’s been Burton’s girl since 2017, is currently hitting the books at High Point University and showing off her moves on the school dance team. Just recently, Burton got down on one knee with a sparkling diamond ring. He let the whole world know with an Instagram post featuring a trio of snaps, and a caption that read, it has always been and will always be, you. 3.27.2024 💍.

The first picture showed Burton and Petty sealing it with a kiss, the next flaunted the stunning ring he gave to Petty, and the last caught Burton in the moment, down on one knee. For those not in the loop about Jenna Petty, beyond being Burton’s other half, she’s also involved with the Motor Racing Outreach program.

The group, rooted in Christianity, aims to support the NASCAR crew, who can’t make regular church visits because of their jam-packed race calendars. Besides that and beyond her dance team duties, Petty’s also been rocking it as a brand ambassador for the dancewear outfit, Jo and Jax, since 2019.

Burton’s Instagram reveal caught fire, drawing well wishes from fans and the NASCAR family, who all chimed in to bless the newly engaged couple.
