Stewart-Haas Racing Team Leads Both Cup and Xfinity Series Points Table

Stewart-Haas Racing team is in amazing form. It is currently leading the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity series standings. And is one of the strongest teams on the grid. The team has a star-studded lineup of drivers. It has Kevin Harvick, Aric Almirola, Clint Bowyer, Cole Cluster in the Cup Series, and Chase Briscoe in the Xfinity Series. The team is entering the 4th July weekend at the IMS on a high note.

Kevin Harvick is currently leading the driver standings with 581 points. Kevin is having a dominant series. He is having a big lead of 52 points over the 2nd driver on the list Ryan Blaney. In addition, Stewart-Haas Racing team’s Xfinity series driver Chase Briscoe is similarly leading the series with 499 points.

‘Stewart-Haas Racing team’ the potential 2020 Champs

Kevin Harvick is seen as the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion. He has 11 top-10 finishes this season.

He completed fifth at the 2020 Daytona 500. However, It was his first top-five in the race since 2016. He stayed reliably in the best 10 at Las Vegas, Fontana, and Phoenix before the season was stopped because of the COVID-19 pandemic. When racing continued on May 17, Harvick scored his 50th win at 2020 The Real Heroes 400 at Darlington.

On February 22, 2020, Harvick and Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis offered a US$100,000 bounty to any full-time Cup Series driver who can beat Kyle Busch in the Truck Series.

On May 17, 2020, Harvick won the Real Heroes 400. It was NASCAR’s arrival to racing after a progression of deferments because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He gathered his 50th race win before no fans, outperforming Tony Stewart to turn into the twelfth best driver in NASCAR Cup Series history. He won again on June 8, 2020, the Fold of Honor 500. On June 27th, Harvick won the Pocono Organics 325. However, this was Harvick’s first triumph at the track. In addition, this leaves Kentucky and Charlotte Roval as the main tracks Harvick hasn’t won.
