The Frontstretch reporter asked Bubba, “We’re going to start the race in the day and then finish at night; is it going to be better to be more aggressive to begin with or later?”

Bubba was unhesitant to say, “Later, because that’s what fits right. The end of the race pays, not the beginning, so just have to be mindful of the situations that we’re in and the surroundings and just go out and have a good clean day”

Amidst all this, as per NBC, Chase Elliott revealed his honest thoughts on his current situation in NASCAR and took the blame on himself instead of HMS equipment. “I think our team is in a really good place; we just need a little bit of pace. I’ve been saying that over the last couple of weeks.”

Elliott further added, while taking the blame, “I think all those things are on me, to make sure that I’m giving the information that needs to be given to help lead our team in a better direction in those crucial moments.”
