“The F Word” – Kyle Busch and Bubba Wallace Reveal What Their Spotters Get to Hear the Most During a NASCAR Race

Driver radio might be the most powerful tool for any racecar driver. In fact, it has simplified strategy and communication since the inception of the two-way radio in the 70s. But of course, a driver in a race doesn’t have the time or the ability to sit down and have a conversation with their crew over a can of beer. Often, they end up saying the same or similar things. And this time, Kyle Busch, Bubba Wallace, and Denny Hamlin revealed what their spotters and engineers hear the most.

It’s not too surprising if their spotters and crew are annoyed with them,

Toyota Racing asked their drivers what their most-said things are on team radio. And surprisingly, all three had drastically different answers.

Hamlin seems to be asking a lot of questions. However, he sounds particularly fed up with the race length. “When are we pitting?”, “When is the stage over?”, “When is the race over?”. And of course, he is called the best driver without a champion for a good reason. He wins a lot, although this season hasn’t been the best for him as he seems to ask “When we’re gonna win?” a lot.

Wallace’s answer might have been expected because everyone has heard him say “Yes sir” multiple times since he started racing.

Kyle Busch clearly doesn’t have the most gentle tongue, and that’s no surprise to anyone. But at least he knows and is honest about it as he confessed his most said thing is “Probably the F-word”.

But Busch is soon not going to be a Toyota driver as he will be switching to Chevrolet.

Kyle Busch wants to forget everything about 2022

After JGR dropped their two-time Cup Seris Champion, the entire NASCAR world was quite shocked. But no one was more hurt by the decision than the driver himself.

In the latest season of , Busch opened up about how he felt. “Something that is so disappointing to me and so hurtful about this whole situation with JGR is they were like family,” Busch said. “For 15 years, Joe had my back in the stupidest of moments that Kyle Busch was. Like, he was there for me. And it’s gone. Like it just [snaps fingers] Flipped and gone. And it’s like nothing I’ve ever been a part of.”

He just simply wants to forget everything about 2022. “I’d like to forget pretty much everything about 2022, I guess, besides the opportunity that sometimes there’s a blessing in disguise, and that blessing hopefully is RCR and new, greater, better things on the horizon.”
