“She obviously has a lot of personality.” Chase Elliott said these words about a certain lady who has a soft spot for him. After all, large swathes of fans swoon over the 7-time Most Popular Driver. Owning 19 Cup Series race victories and a 2020 championship under his belt, how can one not get dazzled by this Hendrick Motorsports star? But one of Elliott’s fans is extra special. She is none other than Kyle Busch’s daughter, who recently dedicated one of her toys solely to him.

Lennix Busch, who will soon turn 3 years old, is an adorable yet fierce young lady. She was introduced to the racetrack as a toddler in 2022, when she witnessed her brother Brexton run a dirt race. So naturally, Lennix developed her own heartthrob in the racing world, recently presenting a relic of him.

She may be young, but Lennix Key Busch is already a sensation among fans due to her adorable videos. In November 2024, her mother, Samantha Busch, posted a ‘boyfriend’ reveal video on Instagram. She asks her daughter who her lucky partner is, and Lennix unequivocally shouts, “Chase Elliott!” Kyle Busch’s daughter even fixed up a movie date with the HMS star, demanding to go watch ‘Frozen’ with him.

Elliott gave in to this cute demand, admitting that he would have to meet with her. “I was made aware of that and, you know, crazy because I don’t think I ever met her. But she obviously has a lot of personality and it’s really cool to see,” Elliott said. “I was made aware of that…And yeah, I guess we’re going to see Elsa. So, here we go—try getting that Frozen song out of your head!” Recently, this lovely relationship witnessed its new chapter.

On a trip to the local toy store, Lennix Key Busch was seen absolutely admiring her new candy-colored Teddy Bear. Samantha was shooting the video, saying, “Your birthday’s next week, but we’re celebrating it early.” She also asks her daughter what name she gave to the toy. Lennix immediately responds, “This one is Chase Elliott!” So Samantha fulfilled her daughter’s long-cherished wish. The caption divulged the meeting of the couple: “When your daughter’s birthday wish is to meet her ‘boyfriend’—so of course, you walk her adorable little self right over to say hi. 🥰”

Accordingly, we could see the little damsel holding her ‘Chase Elliott‘ toy tightly at Texas Motor Speedway. And kneeling in front of her is none other than the HMS star himself. Elliott threw a cheerful high-five and a follow-up low-five to his ‘girlfriend.’ But when Elliott asks for a hug, Kyle Busch’s daughter coyly withdraws to her mother. Samantha Busch explained to Elliott, “For her birthday, she was asking to meet you.” Then the driver asks his little admirer, “How old are you?” Lennix shows him a cute little ‘two’ gesture in response.

This heart-warming exchange was sure to send fans brimming with love for Lennix Busch. While his daughter meets with NASCAR stars early, Kyle Busch is paving the path for his children’s careers.

Changing roles with time

When Kyle Busch first entered NASCAR, he was a bright, angry young man. In a 2001 race at California Speedway, a 16-year-old Busch was ousted because he was just 16 years old. That laid the foundation of a fiery and unstoppable ascension in the NASCAR Cup Series. Over two decades, Busch has clinched 232 victories across all three national series and two Cup Series championships.

Over this time, he has also harbored many nicknames testifying to his wild personality, including KFB, Rowdy, or Wild Thing. These names emerged due to his antics on the racetrack. From spinning and wrecking Ron Hornaday Jr at a Texas Truck race in 2011 to getting into a fist fight with Joey Logano in 2017, Busch has never been passive. Yet in the 2025 season, Busch is coming to accept the role of an ‘elderly statesman’.

That is partly due to his 68-race-long winless streak in the Cup Series. After his New Hampshire victory in early 2023, Kyle Busch entered the doldrums. However, the new label is also a testimony to his new responsibilities as a racing father. At age 9, his son Brexton Busch has achieved jaw-dropping milestones. Those involve 150 race starts in 2024 and a Tulsa Shootout victory in 2025. Kyle’s daughter Lennix has already run laps in a go-kart. So Busch recently admitted, “I would say the ‘Rowdy’ nickname has certainly evolved. Maybe not so much ‘Rowdy’ anymore — kind of back to ‘Kyle Busch,’ if you will, in my later years here.”
