Taylor Swift has made it a habit of taking the world by storm every once in a while, but she may be bigger than ever before at the moment. The Eras Tour has been perhaps one of the most successful tours in the history of pop music and her beloved ‘Swifties’ have helped make it that big. There must be several Taylor Swift fans in the NASCAR community, but Toni Breidinger recently unveiled that side of her to the public with a simple one-word comment.

Swift recently made the headlines in the world of American sports when rumors began to float around that she was dating NFL star Travis Kelce. Unlike a lot of other rumors surrounding her, this one turned out to be true and fans were over the moon. However, Toni Breidinger might not have been the happiest person in the world.

Toni Breidinger is coming for Travis Kelce’s throne

While the Kelce-Swift train seems to be running just fine, Couch Racer recently shared a tweet on X with a gif of Taylor Swift and the caption, “I wish Taylor Swift would have started dating (insert nascar driver name) instead of Travis Kelce.” While it was originally for the NASCAR fans to fill, Toni Breidinger jumped in on the trend before anyone else.

The former Tricon Garage driver simply commented, “me” as she expressed her love for one of the biggest pop icon of this generation. She would not be the only one who wishes that Swift dated them instead of Travis Kelce. It wouldn’t even be the first time Swift was rumored to be involved with a motorsports athlete.

Before she started dating Kelce, rumors were afloat that Swift might be involved with Spanish motorsports legend and 2-time Formula One world champion Fernando Alonso. Unfortunately for F1 fans, those rumors did not turn out to be true and the pop queen did not make an entry into the world of motor racing.

However, on the other side, Toni Breidinger does wish Swift would date her. And if she saw the 24-year-old’s recent exploits on the track, she would be quite impressed.

The year might only have just started, but Breidinger has already had her taste of some on-track action. She took part in the testing session at the Daytona International Speedway in the #25 Venturini Motorsports ARCA Menards Series car. She was lightning-quick around the track and her lap time was good enough to shoot her up to P2 in the timing charts.

It is an incredible achievement as she beat several big names in the sport, like Marco Andretti and Shane Van Gisbergen, to name a couple. Her best time was 48.916 and her top speed was 183.989 kmph. Expressing her satisfaction on X, Breidinger wrote, “finished up the Daytona test P2. thank you.”
