Larson is the most recent race winner, having triumphed in 2021, but there are many other candidates who could win. This includes Chase Elliott, who is well-known for his road course prowess. Even the likes of Ross Chastain and Denny Hamlin are in fine form.
It is also worth mentioning that Larson is a California native, which is another reason why he is one of the favorites. Of course, it is very difficult to predict who will win the race, as there are many teams who are in contention. One also has to wonder if we will get a new winner or a repeat winner.
