Canadian professional stock car racing driver Amber Balcaen has announced that she will be driving a full ARCA Menards Series with Venturini Motorsports. This move sees Toyota further strengthening its squad. Before this announcement, they added rising phenom Jake Finch to their roster for the 2024 season.

Icon Direct will be the primary sponsor for the newest addition of Venturini for the 2024 season. Excited to embark on a new journey. She did race for Venturini in 2023, but it was a part-time schedule, with only three races throughout the entirety of the season. Balcaen is known for being the first Canadian woman to win a NASCAR-sanctioned race in the United States. Therefore, a full-time schedule in ARCA with Toyota is an enormous boost for the racer.

A video post released by Venturini Motorsports on X showed Maclaen stating her goals for the 2024 season. “Hey guys it’s Amber Balcaen, I’m super excited to share my 2024 plans. I’ll be racing full-time for Venturini Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Series, with Icon Direct returning as my primary sponsor. This year the goal is to win races and win a championship. Let’s make 2024 the best one yet.” Balcaen

Excited to embark on a new journey, Balcaen asserted that the goal for the season is to win races and win the championship. In 2023, Balcaen competed in a pair of ARCA Menards Series events for Venturini Motorsports. For the time being, she was unaware of the fact that a year later would be running a full-time schedule for the team. The 31-year-old featured at the Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway in the No.15 Toyota Camry.

It was indeed a dream come true moment for the Candian racer. “I’ve watched Venturini Motorsports dominate the ARCA Menards Series for years and it’s been a dream of mine for a long time to drive for VMS. To say that I’m excited to drive for a hugely winning team is an understatement. I’m thrilled knowing I’ll be in a fast car this season.”
