Danica Patrick, renowned for her dedication to fitness, continually pushes her physical limits, even after retiring from the racetrack. Equally committed to his own health, Dale Earnhardt Jr has been exploring different avenues to maintain his well-being, although his recent cold plunge session may have left him yearning for a more soothing experience.

In a captivating turn of events, Earnhardt Junior’s co-host, Mike Davis, light-heartedly poked fun at Danica Patrick in a recent episode of the Dale Junior Download, teasing her about a unique exercise that the Hall of Famer would relish.

During the latest episode of the Dale Jr. Download podcast, Co-host Mike Davis asked, “Is there a chance that you’re going to go do this hot yoga?” To which Junior responded, “Hell yeah… I want to do the hot yoga before the core. The core sounded hard sounded miserable, it was.”

“But I like the hot yoga. I’ve never done yoga. I cannot live my life and I haven’t tried yoga once.”

Davis interjected and said, “You have done yoga.” Right after Junior yells, “Hell, I have, I’ve never done yoga… If I was doing it, I didn’t know it.”

Davis then said, “Din’t you ever watch a Danica Patrick video and say ima try this when nobody watchin’… Stand on your head and mount like a tree [laughs hysterically].”

However, Junior kept on saying that he hadn’t done that.

However, apparently, he did not see the “point” of practicing it. Now exercises like these aren’t going to be for everyone. But in reality, they do yield benefits, or else why would have to the world be so hooked on them?

But, even though Davis does not like it, we are yet to see if Junior gets a hang of it or not.

The former NASCAR driver could try it out privately sometimes, or who knows maybe his wife can trick him into a session just like she did with the cold plunge recently. Nevertheless, it would be entertaining to hear Junior’s views on the topic after he had attempted it once.
