Samantha Busch had to go through perhaps the most devastating phases of her life back then. When she suffered her first miscarriage in 2018, she posted a video on Instagram where she revealed the harrowing news. With tears streaming down her cheeks, she spoke about what she had lost.

Today, she is a proud mother of two and one of the most successful businesswomen in the world. Her job of being a mother is just getting started. While Lennix is only just starting to learn how to walk and talk, her first child, Brexton, is already making himself known in the world of motorsport. While this would make any mother proud, it comes with its own set of unique responsibilities.

Being a mother to a motorsports prodigy is “nerve-wracking”

At just eight years old, Brexton Busch has already made a huge name for himself in the junior sprint car racing circuit. Being Kyle Busch’s son certainly helps in that respect but the young talent has the talent to make it big in motorsports in the future.

Recently, Samantha spoke about what it was like being the mother of an eight-year-old motorsports athlete. She might be accustomed to how it feels when a loved one is running at high speeds on the race track who is just a child, it’s not really the same experience. In fact, she described the experience as nerve-wracking as every time Brexton races, it feels like Daytona or Talladega.

“It is very nerve-wracking as the mother. I always thought being like a driver’s wife was nerve-wracking. But every single race he’s in feels like a Daytona or a Talladega,” Samantha said.

While she could probably do without the pressure of looking after her son while he’s racing, Samantha Busch has been a proud and caring mother to both of her children. When Brexton and Lennix make it big in whatever field they choose, she will be right there with them supporting her children all the way.
